What file formats can you accept?

Artwork: We accept all file types. If there are any issues, one of our Customer Service Representatives will contact you promptly.

Artwork output format: *.ai, *.pdf, *.eps, *.cdr, *.jpeg, *.png, *.tiff

Digitizing: We accept the following: *.jpeg, *.png, *.zip, *.eps, *.pdf, *.bmp, *.ai, *.gif, *.tiff with a size limit of 10 MB.

Pulse Output File Format: .pxf, .pof, .psf, .dst, .tbf, .pes, .dsb, .emd, .sew, .jef, .exp, .pcm, .pcs, .csd, .xxx, .hus, .shv, .vip, .dsz, .zsk

How do I place an order?

All you have to do is click the "Login" button. A user account must first be created. Once you've entered all of the information, you can simply add the general instructions for Artwork and Digitizing - the size of the finished design you require, as well as a few application questions such as fabric type, cap or flat, and so on. After that, simply upload the design and you're done.

How do I request a quote?

Quotes can be accessed from the main menu. We do not charge for quotes and will send them to you via email as soon as possible.

What is your turnaround time?

Our facility operates on Day and Night shifts, which means you can send artwork anytime before you leave the office or even from home late at night and receive the completed files before the next business day begins. If you require expedited services, be sure to select the "RUSH SERVICE" option prior to submitting your order.

Do you have any test designs for Embroidery?

Sure! Our sample designs will dispel any doubts you may have about the high-quality digitizing available at www.nittanycreative.com. To test designs on your embroidery machines, click the "Test designs" button and then select one of the sample designs.

How do I receive my ordered designs?

We will email you the completed files at the address you provided. Additionally, you can access the completed files online and download them from our website for a period of 30 days from the date the job was completed.

What browsers does your site support?

Our site is compatible with all browsers and mobile devices — Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, and others. You can place and manage orders from any device, anywhere.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept payment by Visa / MasterCard / American Express. Payment Gateways: PayPal and CC Avenue. You can also cut checks in favour of Nittany Creative Services LLP and mail to our Nashville office at 860 Murfreesboro Pike, Apt. G012, Nashville, TN-37217. Wire transfers are also accepted.

How secure is the payments through your website?

We accept payment via PayPal, one of the most reputable and secure payment methods available online. Your financial details are never stored on our servers.

Do you run sewout of the designs before you send them to me?

Yes, we sew out any errors that occur during the digitizing process before delivering the final file to you, ensuring the highest possible stitch quality.
